As an ATV racer, I have to snicker everytime I zip past a biker at a local practice, I mean how it must feel to get blasted by a guy on a machine with the same amount of hosepower, and 200LBS of extra weight...can't blame guys for all the hate.....its a good time though. All that said, I love bikes too and anyone in the NY area who wishes to race a quad, email me Wink Just think you can race the full Unadilla national track !!

Damn, I didnt want to have to do this but now this weekend Im gonna have to roost every quad rider at the new track opening up and here in El Paso there are a shitload of quadtards. Why did you make me do this to you guys? Ive tried to get along but you all just keep insisting on blowing out every berm and flattening every rut and just make the whole track a complete dustbowl. As for the finely tuned MX machine.....where are you located ? come to NY and ride with me, I have 2....I PROMISE YOU, it would open your eyes and change your opinion.....even if its just a little Wink Racing a quad at the pro-am or even expert level on a track like Southwick ....I have experienced it on both a bike and a quad, and you have NO IDEA what that place can do to you until you ride it on a quad....

Dude I would never dream of riding Southwick on a quad. That track is brutal enough on a bike. Quad guys must love punishment because it is clear from watching those damn things that they beat the hell out you. I am not saying those guys aren't talented. I just think they need their own tracks. I used to do an Arenacross series that was quad friendly and I would sit through HOURS upon HOURS of Quad moto's and even begrudgingly made friends with a few quad riders. I still have no clue why they would want to race a tight indoor track that they can hardly pass on!

If someone tried to block pass me on a track with a quad they would have a 450 in their lap quite quickly!

Interesting and thought provoking comparison.

I don't like quads personally because they always cut track and try to run with me! I also do not like them because a few years back I went into a corner hott and the berm was gone. I went down and broke my elbow. I had to have surgery on it. I understand that this was my fault but the lap before the berm was there!

If you have never been out to watch the ATV Pro-Am National at MillCreek you need to do so. I am sitting here right now working the race. The facility is totally packed out right now with Quad riders. As a matter of fact, they may have to take down part of the supercross track for more parking. This event is huge and you should come out and watch them race.

Once the ATV National is over with, the McWilliams family will work the track and have it back into shape for all their upcoming events.

I believe that they are great people. i can always go somewhere else and ride for 1 weekend. Whatever it takes to make the place money.

I live with a bike rider as he is my little brother and we go back and fourth all day about this alot lol and we want to race each other heads up but never can seem to make it happen they get mad b/c we ruin the track i guess. I find that they ruin the track with their 1 ft deep ruts! but i see their point they all say we race couches well i ask this wouldnt u want to ride a couch around the track and i few buddies who ride both and they love how a quad corners compared to a bike any day.
O i hate the guys that are right off the farm that race they piss me off soo much so dont worry we dont even like those guys
