I heard that somebody in the +30 class died this past weekend at the Arkansas State Series race.

I didn't know if DBM or RD had any information...

Huck,
To clarify, he did not die.

It is Dale Hall, a Vet rider.

Here is the latest info.....

From RD yesterday... "Just thought I'd clarify Dale is still in the hospital in ft smith he just got into a room and is still on life support please continue to pray for Dale and his family. Thanks"

Scott Walters today...
"MX Family,
Please continue what each of you are doing!!!!! The Neurosurgeon stated that Dale has made an abrupt change for the better. It has been confirmed that he is responding with the light and they are waiting on MRI results to determine what could possibly be next steps related to brain, brain stem swelling, etc."

The track he was injured at does not have an Ambulance on site during the races..! Yes that is crazy if you ask me. One of the MX Mom's (a Nurse) and another person gave him CPR until the Ambulance arrived....

I was there yesterday too, it was not a good scene. One that I never thought i would see at a motocross race. Hard to put into words. I wasnt even riding and it made me sick to my stomach. Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with the Hall family, as well as, the Masterpools. God bless.

Huck, from yesterday to today has been a 180 degree turnaround. The neurosurgeon is very pleased. He was responsive today his eyes were following the flashlight and he was also responsive to pain as well. The EEG did show brain function so please everyone if could say a prayer for him. He is 37 years old, active military, and a super nice guy. He is one of my good friends I swept his gate a minute before things took a turn for the worse. The power of prayer is working and I'm so thankful for the changes from last night to today. As stated above he is getting an MRI and they are going to see what they can do to stabilize his neck and go from there. I will update on here when I get any info. Thanks everyone.
