Crowds have been fantastic this year

Almost 70k in Dallas. A1 sell out with A2 being packed. Detroit packed. If it wasn’t for the two mud races I’d guess it would beat the most fans record in person from a few years ago. I’m curious viewers on tv. The triumph North America president said 1.2 million on the pulpmx show monday but that seems optimistic.

Our sport seems very healthy right now.

I’d never seen the Dallas stadium that packed for a supercross before! The pits were crazy packed. Wasn’t even enjoyable lol

I heard Glendale had its largest attendance in sx history as well. Pretty cool for the sport and I’m sure Feld isn’t complaining!

Yeah Dallas was clearly not prepared for the crowd. Two hours to get into pits. Couldn’t move.

A2 had a ton of people but it worked like a well oiled machine. I was impressed with the staff and contra flow after the race. All concessions open and lines moved quick.

between Arlington and A2, isn't that a difference of like 30,000 people? Be a lot easier to be a well-oiled machine for 45,000 people compared to 70,000

I would think the approach to handling a large crowd was off with Dallas. Not my field and don’t want to turn it into a negative.

I was tailgating right across from the main gate to get into the Stadium in Arlington, people started to stand in line an hour before the gates even opened.  The line was already very long when they finally opened the gates, think they only had 4 metal detectors going.  We just cracked a few cold ones, fired up the grill, even had a tv with race day live on, after about 45 min the line was down to just a few people.  Not sure why everyone feels the need to get in so early at the same time.

In the past the pits were on the other side across the street, and you didnt have to go through stadium security, which made going in and out a lot easier.
