Just curious if anyone else has ever had issues getting ahold of CanvasMX. I talked to Michael on cyber Monday back in November, paid the $100 design fee for a custom jersey, had a proof sent to me by second week of December, and then nothing since.. I have tried calling and emailing but can't get a response. Anyone else in the same boat?
*Canvas has since reached out and made things right.
I just placed a order about two weeks ago. This makes me nervous lol.
Can you do a charge back with your bank?
Hopefully we both get taken care of Lol
I'm not sure. I haven't looked into that yet. I really want the jerseys, but I guess if I go another few weeks with no response I may have to try that route

No response after that long means never again and get out if you can. Pure bad business. I dont care if Michael sewing the stuff himself you have to communicate.
Throughout my years here Mx Canvas seemed to be quick in responding on vital. If you don’t hear anything by Tuesday id say somethings up.
Hey Mitch
Really sorry that it seems we never got your invoice for the jerseys we designed for you paid. Could be that we have a bad email for you? Designs attached that we completed on December 11th that we sent you.
If these are good to go, we can rush these out for you. Sorry for the troubles!
Thats service.
Leib, i emailed Chuck over the weekend! Hoping i hear from him soon!
All good, Michael. I just got your confirmation email. Only thing I need changed is the sizes. Looks like they're currently showing as Mediums but I need Larges. Really appreciate it.
Holy shit, last thing I expected to see was OG BETTENCOURTS gear. I grew up in Raynham, and am good friends with the Wood family (roadracing). Bettencourts is legendary.
Very cool.
haha thats awesome! you ain't kidding, legendary family! I'm good friends with Dave's son, Bobby, who has taken the reigns of the shop these days. He's a true racer of all disciplines just like his dad and uncles.. moto, road racing, dirt track, woods.. the kid does it all. Hopefully we'll make Jo Jo proud while wearing these haha
Canvas has always been super responsive when I've worked with them. Glad to see how quick they resolved it here!
New England represent!!
I noticed that Villopoto was all about supporting his bro-in-law and was running Canvas and purportedly invested in the company.
Now Villo is a Fasthouse guy. Makes me wonder.....
He did a Fasthouse promo for 1 race... hardly a 'Fasthouse guy now'
Villo is in Fasthouse full time now.
Nice looking kit. You should bring that to Ohio for your next visit!
Canvas is made up of legit good folks. Chuck goes over and beyond to ensure the design proof is just the way you want it.
Never any problems and always arrives just as designed.

We've had nothing but trouble, but I have a feeling it has more to do with our team manager than it does Canvas. Loved the gear, just couldn't wait months. But like I said, not sure it was a canvas issue.
$$$
Oh you know I will!
Their gear is great, but I know of at least 1 media guy that got stiffed by Canvas after doing a bunch of work for them.
Canvas did a great job with my order. Would use them again in an instant.
I thought RV Bought INTO Canvas was my understanding...
Family are very close along with RV's sister Kylie Married Michael.
I haven't had any trouble getting ahold of them, it may take a day or 2, maybe 3 at worst to hear back
but as a small business, and what products hes producing, im sure hes very slammed and barely has time
to breathe!
Why take money from one pocket and put into the other pocket ?
Villo is still involved in Lucid, which is the manufacturing side to canvas. Would be willing to bet that Fasthouse is using Lucid. Smart business decision really
Hi Mate
Maybe if its all good now, is it worth deleting this post?
Matt
^^^^ That makes sense.
Website shows an imagine of Villo in Canvas...

Man, as a normal joe blow vet rider, who just very recently made contact with them, Chuck and the team have been exceptional in every aspect. Excellent at responding to questions and have given great suggestions. I already feel like the company isnt just a "youre just another number" type of gig.
Im glad to see the OP was handled in a good manner as well. All too often over the years Ive seen company people post in spite.
Regarding RV, let the dude live a little. Theres likely many moving parts we'll never be aware of. I doubt theres ill intent involved with any switching.
