Pro SX debut in 11th. that's one kid I want to keep an eye on and believes he can go Top 5 in the next couple years.

yeah, for sure. he flew outdoors last year. he finished out a moto in the top 5 last year at steel city, if I'm not mistaken. supercross is a totally different animal, though, so it may take him a few races to get his feet wet. certainly one to watch into the future, though.

When you're ridin' for Bill Keefe, you need to be Top 5 before the end of the Season.

I'm jus' sayin'...

Other Surprises in the East...

Definitely watching Baggett, he's been flying down at LL's the last couple of years. Once he gets a couple SX's under his belt he should be in the mix.

Sipes wasnt really a suprise too me, he has been on the podium before, and he has the speed, just alot of injurys,

one thing: IZZI isnt fast enough for those east or west guys, will be fun to see if he is comfortable that he will never win more

Blake has been very fast at the practice tracks here in Ca. I did expect his times to be a little better and his finish as well. But in his defense it does take time to adjust to the new track every week as well as being his first SX.

Ryan Sipes knows the procedure and is a solid rider along with being one of the nicest kids around. He should do well this year.

Sipes will do well. He's hungry and he's a Front-Runner.

Blake did it the right-way: He got his 1st SX under his belt and got out of Indy...Healthy! Same for Dean.

Izzi needs to bring his game up a notch.

Stoupe needs to work on his starts...like he did on the 450. If he starts out up-front, things could get interesting.

I can't wait to see Christophe on a 450.

No, when was the last time you saw Mitch let someone ride a big bike under his tent? Also, he will be doing outdoor testing by then. I do believe that Pourcell will be on another color when he moves up. My guess would be red.

Baggett is fast. He finished fourth in the second moto at Steel City last year at what I think was only his third national. The guy’s got a bright future.

I know, however. When it comes to supercross the record speaks for itself. I hardly consider x games and the us open the same thing, especially when including someone in the mix for the outdoor title.

Sipes wasn't a surprise for me. He was flying at MotoConcept Yamaha's media day. It was a bummer that lappers had a little to do with him getting passed by Barcia right before the finish.

Absolutely, he was riding great. I hope it continues for him also. If he gains confidence I believe he will get much better. Bad luck has struck that guy before for sure
