Does anyone have a way for me to get ahold of a 2018+ RM-Z450 Service Manual? I have the owners manual but it has no mention of triple clamp torque, chain slack, valve clearance etc. It would be awful nice to have a copy either digital or physical. I'd be willing to kick somone a few bucks for one, suzuki themselves want $80 but honestly I just don't trust them to actually send me the right thing in a timely manner. Any help would be appreciated.
can't find a free 2018+ one. but chain slack, should be right around 2", chain slide at the front of swingarm, at the end of that chain slide to bottom of chain at the top side, should have a tiny droop to it. too loose, chain may come off, too tight, will put extra stress on engine. something like this

ebay 2015-2024 digital manual on CD. that's all i found quickly.
The manual that came with my 19 250 was on a disc. If you do a search you'll find multiple instances of people having trouble getting it to open right on the computer (myself included). Best bet imo would be to just go ahead and spend the $ for the paper service manual. I bought mine from partzilla. It's very detailed and well worth it
Bumping this. I am really in need of some information on this bike. How can I get a manual or service manual for this unit? Dealer did not provide.

Any Suzuki dealaer should be able to order it just like it was any OEM part. It has a part # and everything and should be in your nearest Suzuki warehouse. It will ship to the dealer as normal.
I see an owners manual on RMATV and motosport etc but I don't see a service manual. The owners manual is more of an operators manual from what I understand. Things like safety and warm up information but not much for torque and material specs. This is what I'm really needing.
Looks like the part # for the full service manual is 99500-37K00-01E.

Kawasaki factory service manuals used to cost $26.95 back in the day and were worth every penny.

Yea even at 80 I thought the oem Zook manual was worth it. I was surprised how detailed it is. Only thing that sucked was the binding started to come apart after 2 weeks. I had to pull each page out individually and transfer to a binder.
