I'll be there, 06 kx250 and 04 cr125. Going to be sending off the 125 motor shortly, that is the slowest turd of a bike I have ever ridden.

Great to see the smokers kept alive. I would like to see the class at the nationals instead of some of the other support classes.

isnt it legal to run some kind of over bore? maybe that would help the slowass cr 125? fortunately that bike handles better than almost anything else.

That year cr125 can only be bored to a 134 because of the thin sleeve. Hopefully Gorr can work his magic on it.

There is a way to make those old Honda CR125's fly... talk to Derek at HP Bikes.

Plus this article will point you in the right direction

A friend of mine did these mods and the bike went from pig to racer.... worth looking into.

I've read that article a couple of times and done a few things to the bike to help it, but I don't want to blow the bank on it. The porting and head work with Gorr is 150 so that's more than reasonable and will hopefully help the bike get out of it's own way, plus he did my 250 and I was very happy with it.
