i’m 50, broke my L scaphoid 8 weeks ago, first injury in 23 years… my wife thinks i’m silly for sitting on my motorcycle (still dirty from the last ride/wreck) with the same look as the little boy on my face. Just this morning i said i’m going to cut this cast off myself soon, i need out of this thing and i need to go riding! She just gave me that look … you know THAT look 😂
The bad news for you, BVM, is that it will take approximately 7 weeks longer for you to heal (8 weeks) than it will for that...

https://www.oxyhealth.com/ is one of the first in the soft-sided chamber game. Overpriced nowadays but they've beenb around a long, long time.
Google mild hyperbaric and go down the rabbit hole. PM me with any specific questions. I started a distribution company of these chambers in 2017 - sold my shares to an unethical business parter and got out the business so I obviously won't link you to their site. Worked with the leading doctors in the space and introduced HBOT to the sport with Aldon Baker and his team at the time: Cooper Webb, Jason Anderson, Zach Osborne and Marvin Musquin. I've seen some pretty crazy results and truly believe in it.
My injuries aren't even fully healing these days. I'm going to look into stem cell therapy to get everything restored.
Breathwork, ice bath/sauna, rope flow, grounding, sunrise/sunset, quality natural foods, and yin yoga will go a long ways. Float tanks are an extremely efficient tool to get a variety of benefits as well.
