Hey just FYI guys. I was looking at my Video Pass Subscription yesterday. I noticed it was giving a $30 rebate off the the quoted $159 US dollar subscription for upcoming 2024. It stated that the subscription was active until Nov 30 before auto renew. This morning I see an email from them saying they have processed my video pass payment and they did without the $30 discount. Seems like a bullshit move on their part anyways.
Even when your in your Account, there is no place to uncheck the auto renew or to delete your payment card? I tried calling them and due to high call volumes no one will answer which is just bullshit.
Under Subscription is shows Current Subscription.
Click cancel and it won't auto-renew.
After you cancel it'll show the following:
Under Payment Details
Click the three little dots in the right hand corner, and click remove.

What I'm saying Maverick is that I had an active subscription from this year already and that when I checked yesterday said that it was active until Nov 30 before auto renewal, it was offered at a $30 dollar discount. Why not give an active subscription the discount? If you dont look you loose out, just givin everyone a heads up if you haven't logged in to see.
Mine only shows "Switch License", there is no remove like you just posted and there is no option to pick one.
Where was the discount shown?
It still shows $159.99 on their website.
I could enter a promo code earlier, but I don't have one, and now my only option is to reactive the season pass at full price.

Yesterday it was showing a $30 discount but not today. If my account from this season was active until Nov 30 why would it auto renew today? and conveniently without the discount applied. Im on my laptop.
Good question. I cancelled mine which was set to auto-renew in early December, and I also removed my credit card information.
In your case the discount should have been applied.
Actually, you shouldn't have been charged anything until November 30th. It's odd that it automatically renewed a month in advance.
As I wrote elsewhere, last week, well before the 30th of November. I found $257 AUD taken for the renewal, with no warning, No request for payment.
And, as I wrote, I'll be a bit grumpy when / if they add a discount
Further, as I wrote, it made the MXGP / MXdN cost of $154 AUD I'd just paid, look cheap.
I'll try Mavs way of deleting my card from their records - I despise how companies retain card details - as I took the 'Cancel' option as fully cancelling the plan I'd just paid for. I've watched the racing for years now, and have no problems paying for it, but them just taking my money, without an authorization request, just p**ses me off. Not even that bastard Luongos set up, pulls that sort of stunt.
That's what I just found - seems there's no way to remove my card details from their possession . It seems only to give an option for another card, and that really p**ses me off.
PS : I have just tried Mavs suggestion of going through my Phone, and all that offered was the previous, on desktop, 'Switch License' feature.
