All I know is Stroupe was out of control at the beginning of the race. He hit both Stewart and Reed.

stroupe just needs to ride a straight line. that start and first couple laps was pathetic for a rider of his caliber.

Stroupe is the guy who holeshotted his first ever 450 start. He is a loose canon but that can be to an advantage, I wouldn't want to battle with him and risk crashing. Good reputation.

stewart's front end slid when he grabbed the brakes on damp grass.

i have to agree with peelout, the gate for the main dropped and stroupe didnt come out, get a jump and start easying left to close off, the gate dropped, he went 3 feet and literally shot to his left nailing reed and js pretty damn hard. it was a pinball.

So what would you classify as out of control? I'm pretty sure he didn't make contact either. I would say he hit both of them.

His riding style is dangerous for the others but for himself too, he hasnt ended a series, he should realize this.

Watch his heat race holeshot. He came out of the gate a cut left early also. This time he didnt hit any riders.

No one has ever gotten out of shape on the start straight. Stroupe is the first one and shouldn't be allowed to ever race again. I wonder if all this bullshit would be going on if it wasn't Reed and Stewart that he bumped.

So if I say that stewart was getting out of control coming out of the second set of whoops does that mean that I'm bickering or talking a bunch of B / S. What ever happend to making an observation?

Just for the record, I like Stroupe. He will do better this week. Rookies make mistakes.

I think he is a good rider and could smoke any of the riders in this post.
I also think with a little time and experinence under his belt, he will be top 5. I guess I must have missed something cause I don't understand all the Stroupe haters.
If the AMA does not want 250 riders interfearing with the 450 championships, they should make a rule that restricts that.

This was the first race for the season and I am sure Stroupe was trying to make a good first impression, but I admit crashing does not make a very good impression. But still don't understand all the haters out there. Reed was out of control, or he would not have ran into Stroupe, if stroupe wasn't there he could have ran into Short or someone else, it's just racing. Stroupe did nothing wrong in that turn IMHO.
