Dungey's riding was amazing, but if you were watching the lap times, you'll see that JS slowed by more than 3 seconds from the second last lap, allowing RD to catch him. RS's last 3 laps were almost identical. He did NOT reel JS in, JS slowed.

I think Stewart was just trying to put on a better show.....and no, I'm not a James Stewart fan! lol
I respectfully would have to disagree with you- Both guys rode well both guys had a sprint session just at different times. You really think James slowed up to let Dungey almost take the win?I think it's the opposite Dungey was the one that slowed up Not JS going faster.

James didn't slow down because he chose to...James had a few sketchy moments on those last few laps.

The only thing dungey proved was that he maybe the # 2 guy and that he's faster than the rest but as far as stewart goes he was playin with the kid and from the time the gate dropped he knew he had this he just was puttin on a show, did you notice after the all the booing on the intro he went out on the hot laps and gave everyone nothing to see or take a picture of this guys knows exacatly what he's doin he's still on another level, skills and mentalSmile this guy turned it up 2-3 seconds a lap with 3 laps to go no one does that he is the sheriff

Just put it into hyperdrive, but he almost ate shit doing it too..
That proves my point even more, heres a guy that can can even make those kind of mistakes and allmost eat what ever you said so freely and still decide he's going to winSmile let alone recover from the mistakes and step up the laps times to make up for it and for the record im a rv fan all the way but js7 is on a whole different level!

They both made some mistakes but lets not forget that they both started within feet of each other on the first lap and were in the exact same spot on the last lap..I wouldn't call that being on a whole different level. God forbid if Dungey gets another holeshot and james moves into 2nd by lap 6.... I could be wrong but that was bad stuff RD did last night It aint gonna b no cake walk this year!
