I wish they would of went bit thicker I told them to . I heard the thicker you put it on the better it looks

Got a 99 with pro circuit and fmf tidbits I use as my spare bike to lend to family and friends. Things a tank. Starts first kick and never fails. Great bikes.

This is my first kawi I always liked them and remember as a kid something about the green was so cool and those late 90s early 2000 pc bikes always looked so dam cool . And team graphics were so dam cooler back then compared to today factory bikes

Do you know if there was any kind of basecoat or just the one coat on bare metal?

It is single stage doesn’t need a undercoat but you need to put it on really thick i found out or will show bare metal in spots . I found out from guy in Uk he said they use to powder coat them white first then the green but it was to late for me so this

IMG 7146Been slow on this was collecting parts but then a friend from work wanted to buy the bike for his 16 year old son so not going crazy now on pc parts but bike still looking sharp

The fast by ferracci Husq and the ‘oo Splitfire PC Kawis are my favorite bikes..and you happen to be building both
 

You did a great job with the Husq and I’d like to see what you’d do with the KX

Thank you so much buddy really really appreciate it. Pc kawi were my 2nd fav bikes something about that flo green looks so dam good . And the factory bikes from late 90s early 2000s just are the best looking bikes of all time to me. New factory bikes just don’t do it for me .
