Low rpm sputter/puff

I have a 2023 sxf 450 with 10 hours. 
I just had the ECU updated and the TPS put through a “relearn” program. Seemed to have solved the problem. Raced it over the weekend but I think the sputter and puffing has came back. 
low rpm 1st and 2nd gear. 
driving back to the truck letting off the throttle it seems to sputter and puff. Is this normal? Or something else.

I just had the dealer I got it from look it over, they put a new plug in it. did a few tests, seem to solve the sputter until after racing. Then I noticed it came back a bit.

How do you check fuel pressure?
