Interested in people's experience with pegs missing the centre row of teeth like the Raptor Edge?

I'm not super worried about mud packing up as most decent pegs have some design thought put into that and also there's a lot of clay round here so if it's sticky it'll clog whatever.

Specifically interested in the empty space in the middle of the peg with a design like this, does it feel weird? Still plenty of grip I guess front the gnarly, pointy teeth around the edge?

I got some replacement pegs the other week and realised they're Chinese so can't bring myself to run them, as it will likely be a big one if a peg fails won't it.

I did see the Vital test on the YZxxx-F but it was more related to the -7mm on the cramped Yam.

Cheers 👍

After running countless aftermarket pegs, it’s my opinion the scar without the center row has the best feel and grip by far

Appreciate the opinion bud, that's all I needed to hear 👍

I used to totally prefer BMX or MTB pedals with a little concave so I reckon it'll be pretty sweet 🙂

I rode for about 35-40 minutes on a 2023 Rieju 300 with Scar pegs and I have to admit I really liked the feel.  The soles of my boots felt very secure yet easy to move around when I wanted to (It was offroad singetrack). I also like Pivot Pegz so take my input with a grain of salt!

I have pro pegs that I bought through works connection. They don't have the center row of teeth. I put them on my 23 crf450 which the stock pegs are terrible. I don't notice the missing row of teeth. They did take a couple laps to get use to because of how much grip they have compared to the stock ones.
