2018 KTM or TC 85 front brake caliper

Has anyone upgraded their kids front brake caliper on their 85.  I’m maybe looking do it to my son bike I don’t think the 4 piston concept is the best design. It looks like I have to buy an updated version of the inner tube and I want to make sure it will fit his current fork tubes.

The newer brake calipers will not fit the older tubes.  I believe they were upgraded in 22.

Heard a few years ago that most fast kids in france used to put 125 calipers, maybe try to find info on that if that can be done on yours. Good luck !
