Has he had some injuries? He looked good on Husky before his program became kind of a mystery. Definitely faded that first moto.
That Bennick kid was clearly better then everyone else but Beumer passed a lot of guys and turned some good lap times. Maybe with a better gate pick next moto he can race a bit with Bennick.
I know i was really impressed with Beumers smooth riding style this spring in the futures SX races.

90% of those guys on that gate for +40 are not former factory riders. I'm sorry, but beating 38 plumbers, accountants, etc (weekend warriors)., as a former factory rider running #1 is comical. That goes for any top former factory guy.
Silky smooth. He did 19th-ish his first moto but he will top ten some races this week I can almost guarantee it.
Not taking a side on the old pros racing Loretta’s as it hurts my chances when they do but it’s also cool to see.
anywho, the brown running number one argument. Any rider who returns to race the same class they raced the year before, and had a top ten finish can run the finishing place of the year before.
Example: finished 5th in college boy 2022, you run 5 in 2023 college boy.
