Crf 250r head oil squirter

I am rebuilding a buddies 07crf 250r he smoked his cam bearings so I have replaced everything in the top end. I fired it up tonight with the valve cover off and I’m getting oil off the cam chain but I am not seeing any come out of the left cam squirter. I checked too see if it was block but it is clean. Any ideas why that isn’t getting oil. I believe I have cleaned out all the gunk from everything else. Even the oil pressure relief

It should be squirting oil two feet past the head. Did you remove the nozzle?  I would do that then blow air and contact cleaner or carb cleaner down the feed hole. Change oil and try again. Next go to the oil pump and make sure it’s in spec along with the plastic idler gear.

Only getting a steady dribble definitely not shooting out. I have cleaned out the cap holes and will have to double-check the feed whole.
