Man I'd love to try one of those. Never had the opportunity to ride a 500cc smoker. I can't even imagine the power...

Would be great.

I've never complained an ounce. I rode a 450. Plenty of times.

I loved it with a 10 paddle in the dunes. Jumping a 120 foot gap was nice. I remember stalling that pig later and fuck that hot fucker was a bitch to start.

Other than that, I would have much rather had a modern day CR 500 like a Service Honda. Iloved CR and KX 500's in the dunes.

I'll never buy a 4 stroke unless it's a street legal ride right out of the dealer.

A 10 paddle on a CR500 is an experience you will never forget.

I've got an '04 yz 250, and an '04 crf 450. I get to ridin the 250 and liking the hit, and the light feel, and the "flickable" feel, (although I don't really "flick" it that much), then I get back on the 450 and start riding it using the clutch more and brake sliding and feathering the clutch out of turns, like the 250 only not shifting so much, and get used to it, then back on the 250, and liking all the things about it, and... I love having both.
But pretty much, 450 for moto and 250 for hare scrambles.

I think that you've made an excellent point. Riding a 2 stroke makes you a better more aggressive rider.
