Hi Phil. That would be me at Telford. The same guy who tried posting 3 pages ago explaining the truth, but no one wanted to listen. I'm in no way shape or form related to the previous tw*t. Also got ripped off. Started doing shows with the images. Telford was the First motox show I attended. We left on the Sunday with 0 left. Including the wall display. I've started to take stock to shows. So anyone whose cynical over the " will I get it" or are you the same person ? Comments.. Well now you can take it away with you. Not sure how else I can explain myself. But anyways Telford was decent. If anyone cares to know anything more just message. I've stopped posting as no one wanted to listen 😞
Who’s buying these “images”?? And how are you allowed to sell them. Not one is an original photo, most of your “work” is just a photographers image with shit filters on it blown up. All from China.

I can't comment from previous images.. but moving forward we get the new images from photographers and pay for them. Then add the splash effect stuff. Or personalised images.
It's not for everyone I guess.

Apologies if that's not allowed. I got ripped off and took his stuff to do my own shows. Not too sure why I'm the enemy. The UK people have no doubt seen me at a show in the last 12 months. Also will have heard 0 issues with orders been delivered. I also take stock so the people who like the art get it there and then.
Any uk people who attend events. Who know the organisers, know the truth. I'm simply trying to explain it for people who don't know any organisers or don't attend events. Or don't even live in the UK.

Whether or not you're the same guy or not, I don't know, but the signs point that you are.
What I do know is that you put yourself in that position.
You carried on selling the same kind of prints from someone that was known to scam people. You bought his stuff. If you didn't know about it, you should have done your due diligence.
At this point, no one cares if you're someone else. By proceeding to go forward with selling those prints you dug yourself into a deeper hole.
Both guys from the UK.
Both guys selling the same type of prints.
One is a scammer.
Assuming that you are indeed someone else, didn't you see how you were going to have problems?

I printed for him for 18 months. He then didn't pay me for the lucky people who got sent there goods. The obvious way to get my money back?
Jesus there were alot of orders from some shows. Why not do a show for myself. Let's get the dick banned. That's what I did. Did 1. Then 2.. wow these are going OK.. and here we are..
Do I sell the same images ? Ofcourse I used the stuff I printed and added new stuff. Effectively took what looked like a successful business from the outside and actually ran it properly. Like sending orders and having a moral compass.
Anyone whose told me about copyright on a specific image have I removed ? Yes I have.
Are there any negatives about the website. Or uk shows who haven't received there orders ? No there isn't..
Do I receive shit from customers of his ? Yes nearly every show they ask are we the same.. I've done things at cost. As I'm fully aware people associate the images with the person. Totally get that.

Even had a phone chat with someone on here who Private messaged and explained a load of stuff. Because I'm fully aware the grief follows the images.

If you are not the original guy and you printed stuff for him for 18 months, you have his name and contact information.
Why haven't you done anything to try and stop him from continuing to sell prints?
You could sue him. He's hurting your reputation/business name.
Until something is done and the other guy is dealt with properly, you're always going to have problems moving forward.
The prints are not the type of "art" I'm into, but if I was, I wouldn't order anything from you.

I have tried... I've attended most major events in the UK so he can't. He's now not traded at an event I know off since last March. Nearly a year on.
I do know his details and anyone on this group that has spoke to me in person. I've give unit address out. Contact details ect.
Sue him? I took his business and did it properly. Not exactly in a position to sue about it.. but someone rips you off. You do what you need to. Hence this group.
Totally get you want to think I'm someone else. Or the reservations. That's why we have decided to take stock to events. People are a bit more open to buying when there taking it away with them. Can't say much fairer than that.
I know I would feel better if you sent the above print I ordered from you and not your predecessor.

Why would anyone on earth buy your stolen photos with a splash effect? Laughable that you’re even trying to call it art. It’s a filter in photoshop.

Weird, I got an unsolicited message from someone who sells similar looking art the other day. I screenshot the message the day I received the message and since then he's changed his name and profile picture.
*Im not saying this is related to the OPs story, just thought this message was odd.
Again, just to clear up any confusion. I personally don't ship abroad. Wouldn't know the costs of shipping to America (your profile says USA) so a little pointless if it was me 😞
He also writes emojis on the end of all posts and messages. So pretty good giveaway.
To make it aware you scam people and real photographers. I know for a fact you don’t pay for those photos as one of those photos is from a good friend of mine. Get a job man

Literally 4 posts above I said I can't comment for older pics.. I know a few of the peoples pics he's nicked. I've spoken to them at shows, I've removed them. I've got 2 more to remove and that's everyone I know about. Anything NEW I make... I get from photographers. NEW !

The images I'm removing are of the actual artists who own the images in the First place that artforpetrolheads has used without consent.
