Hi guys,

pretty simple one but can’t find a definitive answer..will a 1986 or 88 front wheel fit straight on a 1987 CR250/500 front end without changing bearings and spacers etc?
If not, what will it involve?

cheers Smile

44601-KA3-830ZA HUB,*NH105* (MAT BLACK) is the oem part number for the hub and they list as fitting 1985-1987 cr 125 cr 250 and cr 500 buddy, i always write notes on cross over years so i can go back on them in the futre as i sell a few used parts, always double check but i have the following for honda wheels, i havent put anything on the hardware ie spacers bearings etc

Rear Wheels are the same fitment from 1987-01 CR 500, 1987-99 CR 250, and 1987-99 CR 125,
but rim width is 1.85 wide on 125.1989-01 rear wheels had 32 spokes, 87-88 had 36.
Front wheels will work 1984-1994, 95 up had bigger axle.

Cheers for the info man that’s really helpful. Im hoping an 85/86 front wheel will bolt right up to the 87 forks without swapping bearings and spacers etc
