Not sure what the issue is. Takes forever to start after a stall once the bike is warm. I’ve kicked for 2-3 minutes straight on several different occasions. Bike literally has 2 hours on it.
Mapping issue? Also flames out when first started cold if I blip the throttle slightly.
Any ideas? Thanks all.
Valves or TPS
Have you tried using your power tuner and making any adjustments?
Hard to believe it’s valves with only 2 hrs but anything is possible. If it’s the tps, how do I adjust that?
I have not tried the tuner but I did swap to the rich coupler. Didn't seem to help much.
My new ktm did this with 0 hrs. I raised the idle and then it never happened again.

Run the bike with the tuner attached and check idle speed in the parameters. Like mentioned, if too low it won’t start easily.
Adjust idle and make sure you are choking correctly. As reference the new 23 YZ250F's you push the choke in to choke.
Similar issue with my RMZ450 at less than 10 hours. Ended up getting some bad gas/dirty fuel. New in tank filter and pulled out the injector and cleaned it with a 9v battery set up, made a huge difference/solved the issue. I was having some real issues starting when hot (same as you describe), and it just wasn't running right.
