Worked flawlessly here at our house too. The picture quality was definitely 4K-ish and the sound was perfect. Could it be the OP's Wi-Fi connection?

Not with the basic package. 

So for another $70.00/year you can. 

My only issue is with fast forward and rewind.

There's a timer there but you go back a minute and it mat be 5. Then you FF for a second and you have blown by where you were.

But I can live with that.

👍 I pay $49.99 a year. There is a option to pay $5.00 more a month the be commercial free. BUT, there is a disclaimer saying it might not apply to some live events. 🤷‍♀️
