Looking for any similar setups/suggestions. I’ve got an 03 rm125 with a fresh stock bore top end. I’ve also got a full fmf system for the bike. Wondering what jets to go with that exhaust, stock reeds, and fresh top end? Also looking for what mixtures y’all are running on similar bikes, primarily woods riding. Thanks!

I don't have specifics for that model, but I seem to recall RM125's around that timeframe were crazy rich.  Like dropping the main from like a 460 to a 410 or so was a start.

Always wise to start from stock but I remember my 03 being rich from standard.

The needle/clip was fine but I'm pretty sure I went 1 leaner on the pilot and 1-2 sizes leaner on the main.

But again, start from stock and you should know if you're too rich.

It will be spoogey and generally a bit choked, notably at WFO if the mains rich

Start with mixing the "factory directed" pre-mix ratio of 20:1  on Suzooks always

Try 5.5 slide you can buy from kawasaki. Its weird that suzuki doesent offer any other slide than 5.0 If you ride enduro try to lean pilot jet and leaner needle. Buy both needles leaner than stock and then just test to move needle clip position. Leaner to richer. Suzuki from 2001-2008 125 are very thick jetted in stock.
