Considering everyone gets healthy through supercross, my money is on Jett winning his rookie mx season next year. Mxon was just the appetizer. He also has more time preparing for outdoors due to only racing 250 sx. But I still want to see Chase on the same level like this year, a fight between teammates until the end would be really cool to see.

I don't think Chase can challenge Tomac or Anderson over 17 rounds in SX. So yeah, Jett takes one first.

If both healthy should be a fun season. But Jett had Chase covered on MXON, his first race on a 450, he is just getting better after that.

I wouldn’t read tooooo much into that MXDN result.. I will say Jett was damn impressive, but Eli and Chase were in a league of their own last summer..

Experience and history are on Chase's side.

That said, there is something really special about Jett. It remains to be seen how his 250 success will translate over to the 450, but if his MXDN performance was any indication, he has a really good chance in 2023. I truly cannot call it.

Stamp it. Jett will win it on his first try at it.

My opinion is the MXoN is not a good barometer to say Jett can beat Chase because Jett had nothing to lose and Chase could have derailed Team USA victory pushing for the win and crashing; Post race interviews Chase said he felt he could have won but put his ego in check

My crystal ball says Jett's gonna but a multi-time 450 AMA champ but I think Chase gets one 1st

Covered?  Hardly, it was a team race.  Next summer we will see who has who covered.

I think in the Chase Vs Jett scenario, it will be reminiscent of the 2022 450 outdoors, Chase in the position Eli was and Jett being the rookie… Chase will grow from what he learned battling Eli and Jett will have his share of rookie mistakes racing the big boys.

Chase… and it’s not even close… I do not see any rookies being able to just show up and win the 450 class.. stuff has changed alot.

y’all keep drinking that jett cool aid… I’d say, jett might get top 5 his 1st rookie 450 season.. but he’s not taking the championship.

Chase will have more 450 titles than Jett. This could be HRC’s biggest fuck up since RC.

Would you take a bet on that?

You say a rookie can't just show up and win a title. stuff has changed...

A rookie won the 450 title last season.

I wouldn't write him off from the 450 title next year either (outdoors).

Obviously 2022 wasn't his year but there shouldn't be much doubt left about his skill outdoors.

Tomac won both 450 titles,. Far from a rookie.

I think he was talking about the 28 year old 450 rookie Dylan Ferrandis who won in 2021. 😆

Last year, as in 2021, when Ferrandis won as a rookie.

But can you really call a guy in his late 20s a rookie? I thought it was ridiculous when Troll Train got 450 SX rookie of the year at his age and was on his retirement tour.

True, but guess. They were rookies in that class, not by age. Kinda like a struggling privateer. Who. Goes on vacations. Lol. Its they way ya look at it. 🤷
