07 CR 85 water pump

I just paid a guy $100 to put seals in a water pump for me cause I was too busy. Two races later it is blowing out the weep hole again. Is it the seals or is it somthing else?

Seals could have been put in backwards or not at all, the shaft could have a grove on it, the bearings could be bad, or there could be an issue with the cases.

its best to replace the 2 seals, bearing and shaft at the same time.
