Just wondering if anyone can give some recommendations. Going to be in Albany a few nights for Thanksgiving so wanted to take my nephew on Friday night to go watch the Arenacross. He’s never been to a race so wanted to have him see the whole experience. Is the VIP track party pass worth spending more on? It looks like it’s only an hour long from 6:30-7:30. It’s kind of a shame how expensive it is. $140 for the two of us with those type of tickets. A chunk of that is all the extra Ticketmaster fees. Then add in parking, a couple snacks, and a hat or shirt for the kid and your talking an easy $200. Does the event sell out? Would it be better to just get tickets at the box office when we go? Thanks for any reply’s

I was looking when it got announced and the lower level seemed sold out but you could buy for double the price thru Ticketmasters 2nd party sellers. It was a bummer, didnt bother looking again. Same boat, wanted to take my kid but dont want to spend crazy money or drive 2 hours to the box office and be sold out so I just shelved the idea.

Careful where you park. One year we went and after the event came out to find my vehicle and many others as well had been towed. About 20 of us had to walk across town to the towing lot and if you didn't have cash you were sol. Major scam area.

Can’t remember the name of the towing company, they had the city contract for towing illegally parked vehicles, they used to tow vehicles during concerts also… nothing like coming out of a concert to find your vehicle was towed😂.. I used to go to that tow facility weekly to inspect wrecked cars for my job…they would park them so close together I couldn’t get the doors open…f@#$&g scumbags…. PSA.. if you leave something of value in your vehicle, it will be gone when you return…. And pay for parking in the proper lots…
