I don’t have any experience with the oversized rotors. What do you guys recommend? One brand over the other?

If your on a honda, crfstuff.com makes a great rotor, plus Scott is a great guy to do buisness with. Pretty much the same rotor factory honda uses. I'm running that with there stainless brake line and worth every cent.

I just checked the Braking website and looked my bike up. For the front 270 mm kit is $356 and the rear $290. Are they really worth a $700 mod considering my bike and brakes are brand new? Seriously? That is not even considering a steel braided brake line. That sounds a little steep to me. I'd be willing to experiment if I could get both for maybe $350.00 but no way $700.00.

Recently installed the QTM 270 brakes on my YZ and I love it. The kit fit perfectly and has a great feel to it. I don't feel I'd need the addition of a steel braided line. Highly recommended.
