Had two days of desert racing in Laughlin with Best In The Desert. Saturday was a fast and fairly smooth course, averaging 60mph on the 17 mile loop. They combined us with the cars and trucks this weekend, so Sunday's course was a different animal with deep holes and square edges, whoops, exposed rocks, etc. Skimming through the two days' videos is crazy to see how different we're hitting the same race course after cars took to it.

love riding in Laughlin, although we stick to the single-track cactus filled stuff and away from the high-speed two track. always wanted to try out a BITD though, looks awesome.

How much slower was your day to times/speeds than day one after the trophy trucks tore up the course?

About 1.5 minutes a lap slower on Sunday. I averaged 60mph on day 1 and dropped to 55mph on day 2

That impressive! I’d have thought a bigger drop than that. Nice job!

We were able to win the overall both days to finish about 7 minutes up on 2nd in combined time

Damn. Dude, that was gnarly indeed! On the highlights reel I though you were wearing blue jeans at first then I saw they were a lighter blue colored Mx pant. 😃
