Doubtful this will quiet the media outrage machine (you know who you are) and the headhunter fanboys. Without Vince who would they turn on next?

Damn I had disliked this guy for years, but when I read an interview with him a few weeks ago and saw how humble he is I flipped. He was my new best friend. Then he ADW'd Craig and I disliked him again. Now watching him speak(first time I've seen the guy speak on video), I like him again. Totally humble dude, and he clearly speaks what the truth is to him. I didn't detect any bullshit ((I'm 55, so I've been around the block a few times) , and just like the previous interview I read with him, he's got the upmost respect for his fellow racers, going out of his way to compliment them on their speed and skill Here I saw that he's calm and respectful to the interviewer, and comes across that he's got a level head on his shoulders. I can't help but think the red mist gets going HARD with this one, and I hope for him and everyone else he can learn to tame it. I LIKE his attitude towards racing: he's there to win. If you want to get around him you're gonna have to earn it. That IMO is the most HONEST form of racing. He's gonna give his team, himself, and the fans his best effort each and every time. Just please, Vince... resist that overwhelming urge when it comes. We all can see a podium is coming your way. Maybe even the top step. I sure as heck wouldn't be surprised, and I think a LOT of people will stand up and cheer for you. Race 'em hard for sure, but race 'em fair.

I can attest to that… as someone who has been able to spend some time around Vince even in a non-moto setting. He is a humble, easy going, nice guy!

I was the one telling people not to send the guy hate mail and death threats, but this is a lame ass excuse. Just kind of dancing around what he did like a tricky dick politician. Taking someone out because you can't beat them is what pussies do. Are you man enough to grind it out and race them straight up? Man it up, stick to racing and then you will see who the man is. My kids look up to the guys who have heart and race, not people who plow em down and then blame the "cancel culture" or people for not being manly enough to take it. Sorry Vince, lost a fan.

Really Craig should have waited for the whoops! Craig was about a half bike length ahead of Friese. It always seems like Friese is doing some dumb stuff and tries to explain it away and put some of the blame on the rider he takes out!
