So I sold my 76 wr250 because I was tired of messing with the bike…
now I ended up buying this ktm about a week ago. This bike is actually not as bad as it seems considering the guy already did a decent amount of motor work. The bearings are all still in good shape and most of the parts are there. The frame is a mess but other than that it just needs some cleaning and a few other parts and it’ll be ready to go! Here are a few pics of the bike and I already got a lot of work done too

What about Spareparts for these 500 ? Heard about it is very hard to find
It was even a challenge to find Parts for my 250 MX from 1990
André Horvarth from Enduro Klassiker has some Aluminium Clutch Cover from the pre 1990 Models in Stock
That Pipe looks amazing what Brand is That?
The Shop
Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts
$189.95 - $239.95
Free shipping: VITALMX
DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
But please, do something about the "Larry Loopout" rear fender positioning. It's only a matter of a degree, or two / three/ four, but it really spoils your great work. A new Acerbis Nost fender costs buggerall, if you can't do a repositioning of the fender you've now got mounted.
Better you use the front fender and Numerplate from the 250 MX like on mine looks much better
Pit Row
Piston -Con Rod - Gearbox Parts ?
For my 250 MX I found almost everything but for the 360 SX i had KTM discontinued the Connecting Rod for the 1997- 360 SX and the 380 SX
About Spareparts the same like me i got tons of Parts from André Horvarth I’m lucky to live close to his Shop and visit him many Times
Also the Graphics I got from Mastercross in Italy this Guy had a Great Shop with Tecnosel Seats and Graphics
I already bought a half Bike in New and Used Parts you can never know when you need it and this parts are Rare and demand is huge
A good Adress is KTM Musch it’s in Germany was there last week this Guy have tons of new parts also for the MX 500 but it’s very expensive

Where do you found those Chesterfield Graphics?
I get the Chesterfield Design from Mastercross for the 250 but I looks different to yours?
