I thought it was a waste of money for anyone with even a little bit of experience...but maybe I need to watch it again or something...

He just kept saying:

"Keep two fingers on the clutch, and one finger on the front brake..."
"Keep your weight centered over the bike"
"be smooth and consistent with the throttle"

I thought the script was cheesy...and it didn't meet my expectations...
