Cool moment: I was waiting by my plane gate on Sunday morning by what looked like a father and daughter (or old dude with a hot young girlfriend that ventured into creepy territory) when the girl walked away and then came running back very excited. She had seen Mike and gotten his autograph and sounded like he even talked to her for a bit. He also gave her an “Alessi 800” shirt. That’s a nice thing for Mikey to do and the girl was really, really excited."

If Mike Alessi was lets say a football player. I am gonna use the Seahawks as an example. Lets say they draft Alessi out of college and he shows up for training camp with his dad. His dad says to Jim Mora, "give me a team t-shirt and I am gona be out on the field coacing with you" Can you imaging if a pro athelete showed up for thier job with daddy by their side? Did Lebron's mommy go to practice with him when he went to the NBA? Hell no it's a joke. Why is this accepatable in MX?

When you're kid hits a certain point, new dynamics must kick in. RC's dad knows that dynamic, JS's dad knows that dynamic. TA is clueless about that "dynamic". Maybe the factory team needs to take over, maybe the dad and the factory management become one. Who knows? Only a few experience the elite level and what goes with it.
TA set his program in place, he's demonstrated an inability to adjust to new realities. It's all about ego's at that point. TA's ego.
