Newport likes to claim anyone as their own as if they are from here originally . When Rodman lived here, he was embraced at first, he was in his Bad Boy heyday at the time, he started doing crap and then next thing you know he was not really welcomed. Tried to land a helicopter on the beach in front of his house. Then we got The former Red Sox hitter and he was the darling until he didn't produce, can't remember his name. Now this ....

It is not the same format as the paper but the Sports section also has a picture of Tiger claiming him as a sometimes resident of CDM. Look at the sports page and there is an article about Tiger also.
