and not a day goes by without thinking of him. Pretty sure I laughed more with him than anyone else I know. He will be in my heart forever and never forgotten.

I did not know Marcad, but I can relate. I have lost three good moto buddies, in just the past 12 months. I think about them often, wishing they were still a phone call away.

I never tied this with the LL time of the year. Ugg to have such a time remind you of a great guy like that.

For me its every time I think about Daytona.


I can not and will not ever forget all the good times we had..

Marty was one of the great ones.

I had some of the best times with Marcad at the track, and away from the track. I remember one day we were bored and went clothes shopping. After he got all lean and mean, homeboy discovered "style". Total homo moment, but a fun day nonetheless. haha.

When I was a young prick shootin my mouth off all the time, he'd always set me straight with a witty one liner that would shut me up instantly. I'm thankful for the time I was able to spend with Marcad, and I miss him on so many levels.

Though I never met him, we did have many interesting discussion on this forum.
Amazing that you can never meet someone, be from completely different coasts and yet you end up feeling like you have met a friend.
Iam still sorry for the loss and cannot believe it has been 4 years.
