Emory Brocher - 73 years young.
I met Emory at one of the races I participated in this summer. Parked next to the guy in the pits. After coming back from my moto, he walked up and asked if I raced the same moto he did earlier that morning. I told him no and asked why. He said, "Some sumnabitch tried cutting off my line, so I stuck an elbow out and put him on the ground...". That brought the biggest smile to my face. He showed me his bikes, told me some stories. The guy was MX to the bone.
It's guys like Emory that I want to be like when I pass retirement.
RIP Emory.
