how do I hook up my laptop to my tv so that I can watch it on there instead of the puter?

There should be a CRT/LCD F8 button too, witch swiches back and forth.

Best way is to have have HDMI sockets on both TV and laptop and connect that way. The sound and picture go through this cable as one and it will give perfect aspect ratio and pic quality. Super easy.

I'm just using a monitor cable with the audio coming from the computer. Super easy.

go to RadioShack tell them you want to hook your laptop to your TV, it's one cable super easy, so easy my pops, who's 72 and doesn't know computers could do it haha and that's how we watched the MXDN last year, on our flat screen, off the Redbull web site, it was sweet.

LMAO my pops is 73 and he has all this high tech shit down !! Internet TV, Android phone, installed his own wireless speakers in the floor and ceiling of his living room because "I was sick of tripping over the damn things"....it's awesome !!
