Normally there is a small set screw on the side of the clevis in line with the centerline of the adjuster. find a tight fitting Allen wrench to fit the set screw then set wrench aside while you use a SMALL torch to heat up the set screw to dissolve the loctite, you will smell the loctite melt. then use the Allen key and remove set screw, next use a screwdriver and turn the adjuster screw in and if its like the Showa adjuster the black part of the body will start to push out as your turning in the screw once its out far enough you can pull it out. there should also be another screw in the clevis that you may need to loosen or take out also. DONT force anything if the screw seems like its getting harder to turn stop. Hope this helps if you haven't already figured it out.

Probably have to remove the shaft from the clevis I would imagine. Then you can pull the rebound needle out and see how everything comes apart
