Contrary to the other post, i thought the Utah fans were off the scale last night, so loud, and seemed to be into everything... noticed the same last week too, its almost like they turned the crowd noise up for these last 2 rounds.

Have to say that even with half the field missing, it still had a great vibe, and while i am over SX for this season, it was a great send off.

I really think that they should have let the former Governor ride a lap in opening ceremonies, he is a core moto guy, great to see.

Yeah the fans have been very loud and engaged. Wonder if your right in the mic ordeal. It does make the broadcast more entertaining

It occurs to me that it has been added to the stadium feed but the boo's for Barcia were genuine..

We went to Arenacross here and the atmosphere was all piped in over the speakers.

That was my first trip to SLC SX. In over 30 years of attending SX races (several races per year), I can’t recall a crowd that was more into the race than the crowd at SLC this past weekend. I wonder if the fact that Rice-Eccles is a dry stadium has anything to do with it. With no lines for beer, fans have nothing better to do than watch the race.

The crowd was really pretty loud, but I don't think it was as loud as 2017(?) when Tomac started in the back and caught and passed Dungey. That crowd was by far the loudest I've even seen at a race in UT.

It's cause nobody is drunk there. So they pay attention.

we were there and it was loud as fuck. a lot of love for PB, a lot of love for Eli, Brayton, Craig. it was insane. the crowd was following Mookie around the entire track and it was LOUD.

i haven't re-watched it on tv yet but i've never been to a sporting event that got as loud as Saturday night. only thing that can compare is a home Jazz playoff game.

Utah fans are passionate about their sports and the place was packed like i've never seen at a supercross race.
