Does anyone happen to have a way to contact someone at MX Locker other than social media or via their website? Having some issues and I can't get anyone to contact me back through their support on the website.

I also never get notifications on the website. I have all my settings to push to email, but they never show up. The website has gone downhill since they allowed it to be open like ebay.

I always got a sketchy feeling from those guys when they messaged me multiple times years back when I had some A-Kits that i was trying to sell.

Now that they're wanting payment through the site itself, no way I'd ever do it personally.

Their platform definitely needs work. If they’re trying to act like eBay for the motocross community, they need to include features to issue refunds, etc.

Not sure if your ticket got overlooked, but if you need anything feel free to reach out to me directly at ryan@mxlocker.com, or we just added a support phone number that you can text directly (407-783-6166) and they should answer as soon as possible. We strive to get back to everyone within a 24 hour period.

Appreciate everyone's feedback (good or bad) on our new platform. If you have any suggestions would love to get everyone's feedback. We are working on new features everyday for our users, and strive to make it the best platform possible for the dirt bike community. Open to any suggestions and features you guys want built - would love to hear them so we can implement them on the site and mobile app.

This isn’t on my phone/app, this is through your website on a computer. My phone settings has nothing to do with pushing notifications to my email.

ive used mxlocker on and off for about 2yrs.
i'm in no way connected, just a mx guy

my feedback:

- ive sold about 20 items, and have been stoked on mxlocker existing because doubtufl any of this would have moved like that on ebay alone (as much was dual listed, vital forum as well)

- i'm personally a designer with an interactive/web focus with about 25yrs experience. from a user experience perspective, the new site was a downgrade, though updates have made it better.

- i've never once had an issue getting paid or with customers. i list, and within a few days i have money in bank.

- i've always gotten notifications for offers peopel have made, or purchases. i've never gotten an email when someone messaged me, which stinks because sometimes it was a question that would lead to selling something

I have listed tons of items on MX Locker recently. I really like the platform. It makes it easy for me and its nice the payment goes directly through the site. The one thing I would like to see changed is the funds released immediately when an item is shipped and tracking is provided for users that have XX amount of positive feedback. I dont know what that threshold should be, but avid sellers shouldnt have to wait so long for the funds. Other then that I love it. OH, and should have a way to re list an item or de activate it without losing the data on the ad, and have the ability to activate it as new so it refreshes.

Ryan has ALWAYS been prompt to get back to me! I give them a B+
