1989 KX 125 front brake issues

Having issues with my front brake it doesn’t work very well at all very spongy ,so far I’ve rebuilt the master cylinder with new seals rebuilt the calliper new front disc as the old one was glazed ,and genuine nissin pads ,it already has a braided brake line.I’ve took these videos

1st one of the pistons one seems to come out a lot easier than the other is this normal ?both push back in to the calliper with ease.

2nd seems to be quite a lot of play in the calliper or is this normal ?

Hopefully these links work.

On any older bike easiest way to get good front brake feel is to use Honda MC & line (if you can). 07+ CRF works best but even an older CR/CRF will make a big difference...........cheap on ebay.....

The old fashioned way and then by back bleeding ,also left a cable tie around the front back over night ,might of made a slight difference but nothing much

Now bleed at Banjo fittings a couple of times
start at top. Crack open/close w pressure on lever
After both ends done then crack bleed screw again
should get more pressure.
