Here's a little timeline of messages from my experience. He told me three different dates that my order was shipping. After the second time he changed my order status to "shipped" in the "Shop" app but could never come up with any shipping information. Finally Asked him for my money back and after another reminder I received my refund. His last messages that are cut off at the end were just letting me know that I should have gotten my refund which I had by that time.

Interesting to note that Paypal is no longer an option for payment on his website.
This smells of a complete scam.
Its been over 3 weeks now since ordering (so nothing like the 3+ months some people have waited) but this is just ridiculous. He should be reported in the UK as a scammer.
What is his name? It’s a small island, someone I know, will know him.

Scammer
Abusive, bullying company. Son never received print. When he questioned he was lied to several times. On the final contact the owner was name calling.
For Clarity I did get a refund a month after not receiving and my son and I sending countless messages. My son did also call him a scammer - (there we go Christopher are you happy now)
I’m attaching emails we exchanged today. I’m trying to be 100% transparent, as you can see he felt it was ok to swear.
Art for -What a shameful review you put on there you never mentioned about your son being abusive you also never mentioned about you receiving a refund.
Is people like you that make this such a f***ing awful experience for people
Me- What about the abuse you gave me and picking on a child who called you a scammer along with hundreds of others. You Christopher are a scammer. Now maybe if you put as much effort into customer service as you did emailing people who chose to make feedback, you wouldn’t get so many poor reviews
