As you may have seen over the years, I've been doing some 'photoreports' once in a while over at MT and have always done it the 'hard way'. That means resizing pics in the computer and uploading them one by one on a site that only allows up to 500k pics.
Doing the 'Swedish GP' report, I uploaded pics on another site, that allows up to 3000k and were supposed to resize 'em on the same time. Boy, could I've gotten nightmares for less, as it took forever to upload them, but I also had to change the URL's a bit. Even worse, the program just resized some of the photos (what the fu...) and just chrashed my whole post.
What do you guys use, what works best, is the fastest and less of a pain?

You can do a whole file at once or a single shot.
Great program for downsizing a whole file for emailing purposes.
Then you place your "resized " file as sub file within that file.
