Riding spot in Peachtree city Georgia???

Hello I'm on vacation in Georgia hitting up some tracks. I was looking on Google maps and right near where we are staying is what looks like a sandpit with a decent layout. Anyone ever ride here?

I have never seen that place on google maps but if you are that far south on I85 drive another hour south and go to monster mountain.
