On the home page, looks like some openings. Star seems to be the team to be on, any opinions on why some are leaving, moving to big bikes. Money? Cali to florida move? The podcast with matt winters had.some good info. But looks like they still need wrenches.

Just speculation, but from what I understand Star made it mandatory to be vaccinated. It’s possible technicians and team members left for that reason.

Also, I do know some folks did not want to make the move and leave California.

yeah, forcing people to be vaccinated against the common cold is a good reason to quit

Unless they were offering a big relocation package, I completely understand that a cross country move would be a lot to swallow for a 20 or 30 something year old mechanic who is already settled. Especially for a contract mechanic job.

I don't have cable or watch the news anymore so I didn't even realize they had a vaccine for the common cold now.
