Bikes got 12 hours on it, first time riding it when it’s hot out 85 degrees +. Bottom third of rpms it bogs badly, all gears, all maps, traction control on or off. Only run 93 octane sonoco gas. Clean air filter. Hits a spot in the rpm range and it then seemed to be fine. Only runs good if ridden like a 250f, if I ride it like a proper 450 it bogs to where it’s not safe to ride. Pulled plug out, looked good, possibly a tiny bit lean. It’s never done this until today....

Any ideas?

Its not getting enough gas at the low rpm. Need to change the map. Also these bikes tps sensors are set lean from the factory and might need richened up a little

Why not just order a vortex and it should fix all the issues . Cured mine

It ran fine until the other day, there was no need for a vortex.

Bump - I have a 22’ CRF450 with around 10 hrs. Amazing bike, but I have wondered if it is running rich and have seen several posts talking about fouled plugs. I see there was potentially a bad batch of injectors for the 21’s, but would hope that’s resolved? Bike is fast and I had an 18’ CRF450 prev so I know these bikes like to rev more than lug but wondered if it should be pulling 3rd better as well.
