I use the Leatt Dual Axis. Work great but you need to wear something under them the same as a knee brace. Knee brace socks or sleeves. I use the O'Neal Knee Brace socks. If they are on bare skin they will tear you up.

Thank you guys for all of the feedback on this one. I gave the EVS TP199s a shot yesterday, and they were notably better than anything else I have used. I was able to squeeze the heck of the bike without bruised up knees, I never felt throughout the day that I was adjusting them or messing with them, they stay put (even with my skinny runner legs), very little irritation on the back of the knee, two thumbs up.
