I offered to send him a chain and asked for his name this way I know if he really even ordered from us and whether or not the story is even true. People can obviously come on here and make unwarranted claims. I have never not stood behind a product that we sell and that's the bottom line. For certain people to just start talking/bashing and making comments about products that we take pride in developing without having a clue what they are talking about is ridiculous, the world of vital!

That is good, that is what a company should do is stand behind their products. The only problem I have with your whole sales pitch is claiming your product is better than any other on the market today. I am sure that a few manufactures make all the chains for the major brands but they are built to the standards of the company that orders them so yes RK and several other all come from the same source but built to different standards. You can say you have a chain that is as good as the other top brands but to say its better when it is clearly not, is just a hollow claim especially after low quality chains made it into circulation that were suppose to be high quality chains. Standing behind you product will help your reputation.
