When I got to the TKO I found out that engines, wiring harnesses, throttle bodies and suspension were held up in customs but were on their way. Bikes were stripped down to wheels and frames. Saturday mid day the bikes were being assembled and I got a pic of the throttle body for Lettenbichler’s bike. You can see 2 injectors in the TB.
Aftermarket companies are offering the kits.

First 2 strokes have a high fuel flow range, and injectors struggle with having enough flow at peak power but then also enough turn down ratio to also still idle. One way around this is with multiple injectors per cylinder that stack on top of one another, enough flow up top and can turn one completely off to have enough turn down on the bottom end.
The second item is piston cooling. When fuel is entered at the throttle it then goes through the case and helps cool the underside of the piston. This effect is lost on DI and TPI engines.
Pit Row
Guys have reported the relocation blocks adding a little bark back into the throttle response, similar to a carb. Must be something about having the crankcase primed and ready with mixed fuel and air?
The setup does also get oil in the cylinder on startup. But if you half-crank your kick starter with your hand before starting, the pump comes on and injects oil, then you can hit the start button and turn over the engine.
But if the product works it doesn't really matter if he describes it wrong.
