This response is what I expect from someone that's never tried streaming tv from satellite internet. Having internet access isn't the problem. It's the quality. If I gave you a bicycle for your 45 mile commute to work, well you have access to transportation, don't be stubborn.

If you live in an area that somehow doesn’t have fast enough satellite internet access and no cell service, that’s on you IMO.
You're really just missing the point that I'm trying to make. Aside from that, as soon as you hit a certain data point in mobile hotspots, speeds get cut down to dial up speeds basically. And if you're streaming your tv, you'll hit your data cap in the first week. It's not as cut and dry as some believe.

The point I'm making is that people that live in these areas do have a way of watching tv. That's direct tv, dish, etc. The problem is that these companies are slowly making simply watching tv more difficult with this option. If I lived in one of these areas where I couldn't get fast internet, but I had a beautiful house on 50 acres, I'm not giving that up.
