Anyone know how to get this rod out? Doesn’t seem to budge. The rebound seemed rather slow/stuck.

Have to push out from top with something{long T allen or screwdriver}that fits in shaft
It floats inside shaft

If I can't readily resolve these things myself, I usually send "challenges" like this to Craig Decker at ENZO in Texas (or Wil Decker at ENZO in California) . He can get special parts readily and sees problems like this all time.

I most recently had him replace the internal seals on a 2007 CRF450R fork damping cartridge assembly plus the telescoping threaded-end rod. Somehow he was able to locate new parts and then he performed the repairs.
